Greetings,

It means that Networker does not have a VSS writer to take a VSS enabled
backup for Windows 2008. As Scott stated W208 is supported in 7.4.2. You
can disable VSS backups on the "Apps and Modules" Tab of your client
config. In the Backup section, put " VSS:*=off" on the "Save operations"
line.
