Matt I am planning this exact move.  From v7.2.2. to v7.4.1 in Windows.

Do you use advanced file devices and did you see any issue with them in the 
upgrade?

We just upgraded from 7.2.2 to 7.4.1 and including Oracle, Exchange, SQL, and 
Centera modules. So far, so good. Now that 7.4.1 is out, I'd recommend it 
instead of 7.3.3.
