Alternatively, if you want to keep both copies but use the clone as the
first one to be requested, you can mark the original save set as
"suspect".

The command you want is nsrstage, not nsrclone.
nsrstage will first clone the ssid/cloneid you specify to a new tape and
then delete the information about the ssid/cloneid on the original tape.
nsrclone just makes another copy of it.
