EMC wont sent any timely support so let's see what happens if I post this here

I have a problem with SDLT tapes being used for 1 to max 10 % of their capacity
(even if the tapes are brand new)

My site consists of 2 CX500 San's in mirror with a MSL5026 taperobot
This problem started one week after adding a second tape unit to the robot
The second tape unit had initial SCSI numbering problems but that was fixed
withing an hour
I am running all this on Networker 7.1.2 and Windows 2000/2003 servers

Now it seems that the tapes are not fully being used
Any Help or idea is welcom

met vriendelijke groeten, / With kind regards,
