Hello Stan,
You are correct -- it is permissions. You need to add "Send_As" and
"Receive_As" to the login performing the backup operation. Please scan
through the Admin Guide for details.

Thanks Scott. I have the name in correctly now.
I am getting further. I can now back up MSEXCH:IS, MSEXCH:, and
MSEXCH:PF but not MSEXCH:MB.
I guessed at the BIOS name and my guess appears accurate. I think I
might have some sort of permssions
error, but I am not sure.
