Subject: [Networker] Performace of different LTO data cartridge

Hello NetWorkers,
I need some information about reputation of different LTO2 tapes. Can
someone provide comparative information about performance of HP, SONY,
IMATION and TANBERG LTO2 data cartridges?

Regards,

Rathin

We have both Fuji and Imation. Imation is more recent and was purchased
for price. I've had no issues with either, however, we are sticking
with Fuji for comfort and have had a 2-year track record without any
issues. Ours is a Quantum library with HP drives. Keep in mind, there
seems to be a bit of a symbiotic relationship between brands of drives
and tapes.
