This is the initial idea but when we are managing 20 drives in a library, 
the task to put drives in "service mode" is a little hard.

Thru nsradmin we can modify this hidden attribute "accept new sessions" to 
No/Yes within "NSR" resource. This solution is better. However I can't see 
it on Setup Server Window.
