If you use the import, doesn't it do that automatically? I know that,
depending on the library and, especially the size of the MAS/CAP, this is
not always practicle

You did that by hand with mmlocate before you ran the inventory? Is
that part of your normal procedure? I would test it once with a blank
'location' just to see if that had any effect.
