Hi Guys

I'm having problems backing up Exchange 2003 individual mailboxes. 
According to the Exchange guy all the permissions have been set for this 
userid as specified in the exchange module manual. Below is the error 
message.

Anyone have this problem before or does anyone know how to fix.
