Hi Marco,

we had the same problem, and we had to specify our users with full LDAP
names.
MSEXCH:MB/%2FO=YOUR ORGANIZATION%2FOU=YOUR ADMINISTRATIVE
GROUP%2FCN=RECIPIENTS%2FCN=USERNAME/

Be aware that this is a setting in the DC which determines if you have
to do it this way, or with the username shorthand
