Hi Bob,

I already gave that track a look. Server, SN and client are on same timezone,
max time diff being 1 minute.
I have the same behavior for different clients, saving to different storage
nodes to the
same backup server.

Thanks for the idea !

Thierry

Are the clones made to the same storage node - could it be a time zone
difference between client, server, storage node, clone storage node?

Dears,

Under Networker 7 and higher, a new mminfo query field has been
introduced : clonetime.
According manpage,

clonetime : The time a copy was made.

I have noticed a stange thing in 7.2 : clonetime is in the furure.. How
can a clone copy be terminated in the future ???

Sample :

root # date
Thu Aug 25 11:40:58 MEST 2005

root # mminfo -q ssid=2701882722 -r
"ssid,cloneid,sscreate(22),sscomp(22),clonetime(22),pool"
ssid clone id ss created ss completed clone time
pool
2701882722 1124824418 08/23/05 21:13:38 08/24/05 07:21:59 08/23/05
21:13:38 BKUP
2701882722 1124993840 08/23/05 21:13:38 08/24/05 07:21:59 08/25/05
20:17:20 CLONE

In this sample, the ssid 2701882722 has been cloned during the 24/aug,
not 25/08 and surely not finished at 20:17:20 (as it's only 11:40 ....).
Looks like a bug for me.

Any other ones still seeing such behavior ?

Thanks,

Th
