Server: NetWorker 7.1.2.325 under Solaris 8
Client: Exchange 2000 Enterprise Server
 
Dear Gurus,
 
I've checked the archives and can't anything to do with this problem.
We have recently started getting an error when backing up the Public
Folders of our Exchange server, specifically:
 
* mailsvr:MSEXCH:PF  Starting backup of folder tree: "Public Folders"
* mailsvr:MSEXCH:PF  mbpfsv(1038): Folder tree backup failed for
http://MAILSVR/public/  Error: 0x80040e19
* mailsvr:MSEXCH:PF  COM error: 0x80040e19
* mailsvr:MSEXCH:PF   Source: Provider
* mailsvr:MSEXCH:PF   Description: Object or data matching the name,
range, or selection criteria was not found within the scope of this
operation.
* mailsvr:MSEXCH:PF  svmain(930): process_pf_backup() failed with status
= 0x80040e19
* mailsvr:MSEXCH:PF Backup operation finished with errors.

Has anyone else seen this?  Do you have any idea what the cause is or
how to fix it?
