At each restart of Networker, stats will be zero'ed.
Only thing you can do is requlary querying nsrd using nsradmin
and storing stats in a file like
nsradmin -s server
nsradmin> show statistics
nsradmin> print type:nsr

There are no other way to keep them and surely none for
reseting back at the value before the shutdown.
