Thank a lot for yours help.
I download the template for /etc/stinit.def from Legato site and also try to
use ibmtool for testing all Environment and also check settings of CDI for each
device. I will write back with my result

I "think" it is the common device interface. It is set/unset in the GUI
in Menu->Devices and then you choose the device to check. We have had a
problem for the last couple of months with just these sort of errors
until we turned off CDI last week. CDI was introduced sometime in the
7.1.x timeframe, I think. You may also want to watch
your /etc/stinit.def if you run into a problem with tape positioning by
record once your tape drives settle down. There is a template on the
legato site.
