I've recently had to recover from a dead disk that housed client
indexes. After doing an mmrecov to get the res files I then do a nsrck
-L7 to retrieve the client indexes.

nsrck: /nsr/index/client1 contains 0 records occupying 0 KB

nsrck: checking index for 'client1'

nsrck: The file index for client 'client1' will be recovered.

nsrck: Recovering index savesets of 'client1' from 'server1'

Recover completion time: Mon May 3 09:31:11 2004

nsrck: completed recovery of index for client 'client'

The nsrck retrieves each client index (ranging from 250 to 500 mb) and
then runs and I can watch in the /nsr/index/hostname/db6 as the indexes
slowly disappear.

I did change the path to where the indexes are stored.

Legato version 6.1.1

Solaris 7

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

David
