We have a "normal" client with 212 savesets and a NDMP client with 136. 
NetWorker 6.1.4 now, but
worked with earlier 6.1.x releases.

No real problem related to the number of savesets. The client setup is a little 
cumbersome though,
since we cannot use the All saveset. We wrote a script to check for mistakes 
and ensure that
everything is saved.

In fact, we have this many savesets by choice : we split larger volumes to keep 
savesets under about
100 Gb and 1M files.
