Chris,

Can you use the standard NetWorker user GUI on your Exchange server
successfully? (i.e. To view filesystem backups). This would at least prove
connectivity to the backup server.

Does the backup server know all about the client? Can the backup server
resolve short name, fqdn, etc for the Exchange server? It could be that the
exchange gui is successfully talking to the backup server but the backup
server isn't sure how to route back to the exchange box.
