The slight problem with this is that if you should have a save set

More accurately you need to specify:

^bootstrap$
and
^index:  for NetWorker 6+ and something like:
^/nsr/index/  (or whatever save set paths are used, different for NT
etc.) for NetWorker 5.x or earlier.
