What are the SCSI IDs of your L8? You need to make sure that if they are very
high (Above 7) that you have them set up in the /kernel/drv/st.conf file.
Then the OS can see them. Also, when you add new hardware (And please don't
be offended, this is just my tech support schpiel) you need to make sure you
do a reconfigure boot, even if it's something as simple as a disk or tape
drive.
