Another alternative is to buy one of the 250GB or larger external disk
drives from Maxtor or other vendor that comes bundled with backup
software. That way, once a month or so, the OP's friend can just plug the
drive in, kick on the backup software, and when the backup is done,
unmount the disk drive and store it someplace safe. Its not a free
solution, but for 200GB worth of data, its not all that expensive either.
