Below is an example of how I do it in Unix.  This skips all files and
sub-directories located within specific directories.

<< /u01/redo1 >>
  +skip: * .?*
<< /u01/redo2 >>
  +skip: * .?*
<< /u01/redo3 >>
  +skip: * .?*

I need to create a directive to not back up anything in 3 separate folders
