This should do the job.

+skip: *.dbf
The first line to indicate it starts at the root folder, the second line to
skip all files with the extension .dbf in the root and all sub folders. You can
also copy the second line in the .nsr file for the folder where it is located
and all sub folders. Leaving out the + results in only the folder where the
file is located.
