Hi, All

I'd like to find out what the expected useful lifetime ought to be for
DLT media. how many times can I safely re-use a DLT cartridge? how can I
figure out how many times a cartridge has been used if it's in a
jukebox? what kind of symptoms should I expect to see if I over-use a
tape? is there some hardware or software feature that should be warning
me if I'm starting to over-use a tape? a related question, I guess, is
how long can I leave a DLT cartridge sitting unused and still expect to
be able to read it back? I'm using DLT7000 tapes in an STK 9710 library.
