Create a new schedule, something like "Full on 1st Sunday, skip all
others". Use a period of month. Go through the first month, and set
every day to "skip".

Now select the first Sunday of that month, and select an "Override->full".
Go to the next month, and all days should be defaulting to "skip". Again,
select "Overrides->full*". Repeat for about 3 years. :-)

If you're using a recent enough version of NetWorker, there might be an
easier way to do this, but you don't list what version you're using, so
I'm suggesting the way that has "worked" since time immemorial.
