We are very pleased with the ones we have and we are planning to expand and
buy a second element to increase the number of tapes available online.

None of the current generation LTO drives are data compatible, they can use
the same media, but can't exchange data.
Based on what I've read, I would want IBM LTOs if I bought LTO (I would go
for SDLT320 if I could choose). They are the only ones with a native FC
interface. And IBM is likely to be around for a while.
