Hello , all

This is Eric . and I have met a hard problem . some people have knew it . and I
am very appreciate for their help.
I repeat my environment at the following:

Host: SUN 280R
HBA card: Qlogic 2200F
FC Switch : Brocade 2800
Disk Array : HDS9900
Tape Library: ADIC Scalar 1000 with 2 LTO drivers + SNC bridge 5100

I have installed the LTO Tape Driver(IBMtape.4.0.5.9.bin) and the Qlogic HBA
card driver(qla2200_pkg_v406.Z) in the solaris , my brocade FC switch have no
Zoning configuration at all . and for now , when never I restart the machine ,
I can always see the HITACHI Disk Array , however I can not see the ADIC tape
drivers and the robot.

How ever, if I perform the command "#cfgadm -al" , show the following messages:

root@nxjf-65 # cfgadm -al

and then if I perform the command "#cfgadm -c configure c3" , show the
following messages:

root@nxjf-65 # cfgadm -c configure c3
cfgadm: Library error: failed to create device node: 20020060451710ee: I/O error
Operation partially successful. Some failures seen

at this moment, I can see the IBM LTO driver information from the
/var/adm/messages, as the following:
