was LGTpa36541... after 7 months there was a fix for 6.1.1 and 6.1.2.

With 6.1.2 it has some other fixes incorporated in it that help tape
handling and situations where tapes get "lost".

I was constantly having this "tape lost" "-*" error with 6.0.3.
