Vikash,

I have seen similar behavior.  Look in syslog for scsi bus errors.  In our
case, the jukebox will be hung.  Unfortunately, there are not always scsi bus
errors/resets and either the jukebox or scsi card are probably bad.
Unfortunately it is linux running on a Dell, so it is difficult to get
support.
