Hello,
The problems you are experiencing are with your tape drive. Your best
bet would be to contact a support person at Tandberg (HP?).
Unfortunately, I am not very positive about Tandberg products:
I own a Tandberg LTO-4 autochanger. The original drive they sold me was
unable to load/unload cartridges after about 1 week of use, I sent it
back and they sent me a second autochanger, but after about 6 months it
was no longer able to load/unload cartridges -- they always get stuck.
So for the last 3 or 4 years this defective autochanger has now been a
piece of unused hardware waiting for me to find the time to take it to
the dump (a lot of money down the drain).
I have had quite a few autochangers over the years (probably 5 or 6)
(HP, Overland, Sun StorageTek, and Tandberg) and the Tandberg LTO-4s
were the only autochangers that ever failed.
Best regards,
Kern

What NetFlow Analyzer can do for you? Monitors network bandwidth and traffic
patterns at an interface-level. Reveals which users, apps, and protocols are
consuming the most bandwidth. Provides multi-vendor support for NetFlow,
J-Flow, sFlow and other flows. Make informed decisions using capacity
planning reports. https://ad.doubleclick.net/ddm/clk/305295220;132659582;e
