Many (most) of those improvements are already in 7.4.x and more will be 
in the next release, which was actually ready, but I have decided (with 
Bacula Systems support) to backport even more features and push out the 
next release a bit, because 7.4.x seems to be very stable.  I suspect 
the next release will be ready sometime around July.

I always backport BEE bug fixes as quickly as I can.  New features, if 
they are major enterprise type features, are delayed a bit.
