I just dumped my current db and restored it into a new database with the
correct settings. Now I can find duplicates. In fact, there are 12
million duplicate rows in the Filename table alone. Seems like I found
my problem... now the question is what I can do about it.

Probably just gonna purge all file records and "start fresh" on that.
