# chown -R root:root /etc/bacula

# chmod 755 /etc/bacula

# chmod 640 /etc/bacula/*

# chgrp bacula /etc/bacula/bacula-dir.conf /etc/bacula/query.sql

In the bacula-common page, there's a README with a section on the file permissions that have to be allocated for Bacula to run properly on Fedora/RHEL system.

The file is installed in your system at:
