I have checked ‘st’ module is installed already. But still out out of lsscsi is same

Above command is not showing any ‘st’ device on place. Please suggest me what to do ?

Check your logs. Uninstall lintape driver. Do whatever you want. Just make your tape library start working on your Linux.
I can't help you because I'm not a Centos/RHEL nor IBM support. I can help you with Bacula.
