Hi all,

Is there a set of reserved characters for the "Name" field for the 
various components?

I'm deploying via Chef and templates and the system seems to work well 
when I am using Name = "<%= node.hostname %>" but breaks (complains 
about incorrect name or password) when I move to Name = "<%= node.fqdn 
%>"

It appears to me that as soon as I move from foo to foo.bar things 
break so I'm wondering if "." is an illegal/reserved character?
