Interesting.

I was only seeing this occur on previously unused tapes which had been 
added to the pool with the "add" command - It's good to know it can 
occur on any tape.


WRT removals for excess errors there's a bacula query for this, but it 
pays to adjust it for the kind of tape you're using (I believe the 
defaults are for DDS).
