No. The first message you mentioned is not a problem at all.

That, on the other hand, is your tape driver driver saying something
that sounds much more like it's a problem.

I don't know exactly, but a "Failed to read" message coming from a
backup media does not sound good, you need to deal with this.

It would probably help (and be relevant to this list) if you could spot
what Bacula is doing (if anything) when this message is set written to
your log file.
