My 'solution': change the schedule for the CopyToTape-Diff job so it is 
similar to the differentials schedule.  Thus, it will always find a job 
to copy.

I consider this a bug within Copy Job, but I do not have a simple test 
to reproduce it. Apart from my existing system.  ;)
