Did you run the update command after making those changes?

Yes.  Copy and Migrate are pretty much the same, except that Copy 
migration removes the original job & files from the Catalog.  In neither 
case is anything removed from the original Volume.  That is left to 
normal recycling.

Even though you are doing migrate, this might help, because Migrate and 
Copy are so similar.
