I'd a similar schema  with two clients:

This was I do:

Rsync data between client <-> office each day to a temporal linux
machine at office (through vpn) then backup this machine with
bacula-fd client on it in the Schedule required.

The first big full backup (70Gb) was easy doing a dump to a usb drive
and then rsync the two machines, next incremental or full were so easy
at ethernet speed.
