Just for the sake of those who come behind me, I apparently missed the following:
mkdir -p /usr/share/bweb/tpl/en install -m 644 -o root -g root bweb/lang/en/tpl/*.tpl /usr/share/bweb/tpl/en

Sorry if this is a newbie question, but I'm new to Perl-based websites and bweb. I've installed bacula with bweb. I'm able to navigate the bweb page and save configs, but it has the following error: "Update your configuration to use the correct tpl directory (You are using devel tpl)." I'm not sure what I missed in the installation. I'd appreciate any help you can provide. Let me know what I need to post in the way of config files.
