That's correct I have RAID 10.

I have just moced one of file from u01 to see if space is the problem but I 
have this:

09-Jun 09:59 merlin-dir: No prior Full backup Job record found.
09-Jun 09:59 merlin-dir: No prior or suitable Full backup found in catalog. 
Doing FULL backup.
09-Jun 09:59 merlin-dir: Start Backup JobId 14866, 
Job=pcuser.2010-06-09_09.59.50
09-Jun 10:00 merlin-dir: Using Device "FileStorage"
09-Jun 10:00 merlin-sd: Job pcuser.2010-06-09_09.59.50 waiting. Cannot find any 
appendable volumes.
Please use the "label"  command to create a new Volume for:
    Storage:      "FileStorage" (/u01/bacula-backup)
    Pool:         backup
    Media type:   File
*You have new mail in /var/spool/mail/root
