Thanks for your help, but I figured it out. I had to add these two lines to the 
Job:


&nbsp; Full Backup Pool = "FullBackup"
&nbsp; Incremental Backup Pool = "IncBackup"

And if you want to know the job ran as an Incremental, but since it was its 
first job it had to do a Full backup.
