What is the value of MONITOR_CPPFLAGS in src/tray-monitor/Makefile?

The configure script computes this using pkgconfig.  You can look at the lines
in configure where it does

TRAY_MONITOR_CPPFLAGS=`$PKGCONFIG --cflags gtk+-2.0`

etc and see what they are doing.
