If you can not get this to do what you want I have ideas how this can
work. Here is an idea:

1. Use a bacula include to put the pool definition or just the
LabelFormat line in an external file from your main bacula-dir.conf

@labelformat.conf

2. Have your cron job change the Label format to whatever week you are on.

3. Have your cron job issue a reload.
   echo "reload" | bconsole
