What user's do your daemons run as? On a couple systems I set it up, user
"bacula" can't execute dbcheck from /usr/lib64/bacula/make_catalog_backup.pl
so I simply `chmod +x /usr/sbin/dbcheck` as it lacked perms.
That and the postgre db doesn't get setup (known I recall) are the only two
things I have found.
