FreeBSD
7.2-RELEASE-p4
Bacula
3.0.3
I am a
new user to Bacula. I have attempted to setup the configuration files.
The
Director will not remain open when launched with:
/usr/local/share/bacula/bacula-ctl-dir
start
When I
start it in debug mode, it remains in memory and I can connect to it from the
console
/usr/local/sbin/bacula-dir
-d100 -c /usr/local/etc/bacula-dir.conf
freenas:/usr/local/etc#
bacula-dir: jcr.c:140-0 read_last_jobs seek to 188

I did
get an error in testing:
/usr/local/sbin/bacula-dir
-t -c /usr/local/etc/bacula-dir.conf
Orphaned

Perhaps
related to this, I used the “estimate jobname” and got the
following messages (I chopped the output):

Any
ideas on what I might have done wrong?
Thanks,
