But do you, on the shell, have administrative privileges (I don't even 
know if that difference applies to your OS... on Vista and Server

I said it's largely unsupported - and I made this distinction 
intentionally. What I mean is that the project provides binaries, but 
you'll have problems finding people with deep experience using it, and 
there's also no developer actively working on the windows port.

Don't ask me... I'm using linux / unix systems for that purpose 
intentionally :-)
