How exactly did you set up your firewall? Normally, bacula does not work 
with NAT because establishes TCP connections in several different 
directions: Dir -> FD, Dir->SD, FD->SD.

You should look at using tunnels instead to accomplish the same thing. 
The Wiki has several alternative suggestions for how to do it.
