Yes. And yes, but Christian already did so quite clearly.

I know, and I appreciate that. But I fear that this time you'll have 
to. But I guess you won't hurt anyone's feelings as Florian Schuerfeld 
obviously isn't able to unsubscribe himself, and also doesn't seem to 
read the mailing list through another address.

Good point, though I'd first check with the recipient (or his bereaved).
