OK, this shows that the SD saw the Device Name "File" in the SD config.  That
doesn't match what you posted:

> bacula-sd.conf:
> Device {
>   Name = FileStorage

The most likely reasons I can think of are
* this is a different config file
* the config file is corrupted, e.g. extra entries at the start
* lin-backup1.intra resolves to a different machine.

Does this command line show up in the output of ps augxww?
